This initiative is organized by Tactical Tech, in collaboration with the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network (BIRN) and The Fix Media, as part of the EU-funded MOST (Media Organisations for Stronger Transnational Journalism) project.
The training aims to explore the trends, challenges, and the impact of digital transformation on media viability. It will focus on the role of AI in enhancing workflows — from content creation to distribution and monitoring — specifically in non-profit newsrooms.
